Christine Muser, BJ, CLSSBB, has been an independent consultant since 2002, when she founded CyCom Solutions, Inc.  She enjoys mixing business know-how with her data analysis skills to provide insights that enable profitable business decisions.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and self-described “data geek with business intuition,” Christine transforms raw data into meaningful business insights.  She has helped clients design sales territories, track product performance, define market segments, develop product launch plans and measure sales performance.

Before founding CyCom Solutions, Inc. in 2002, Christine worked in Sales Operations, Business Information and IT at Aventis SA (now sanofi-aventis) and predecessor companies.  While at Aventis, Christine provided project management and decision support for product launches, sales force realignments, co-promotion arrangements and data quality improvement initiatives.

Christine currently spends most of her time assisting with electronic medical records (EMR) projects.  She continues to be active in the Suburban Toastmasters club, where she has served as Vice President of Education and as Secretary.   She also volunteers for the Kansas City Hepatitis Alliance (KCHA) and the Heartland Association of Research Professionals (HARP), where she served as Vice President from 2009 to 2010.   Christine also contributes her time and talents to the Marion Club, where, among other things, she helped organize a fun and successful employee reunion for over 300 former Marion associates.

I strongly recommend Christine for any type of consulting work.  Christine knows technology and how it can serve her clients, she knows research issues and she is always responsive to questions and concerns.  Christine listens to client needs and proposes solutions that are workable within the resources the client has available.  In HARP’s case, the resources were very limited.  Because Christine understood HARP’s needs and resources and the technological options available, she was able to develop an infrastructure that helped HARP survive and prosper.”
